Mostly finishing our wonderful new sight! Also I should be giviing birth to my 2nd litter. Check back for new details!

Well here are those tips! Don't forget any, its vital for my children to go home safe! -Elliemae

1. Playtime: Puppies chew on anything available to them. Consider buying a few toys or an Indoor Bitter End spray, which is harmless to the puppy and biodegradable. Also keep all children's toys, clothes items, and especially shoes off the ground. Another key point, is to keep toxic plants away from your pet. For example, poinsettias and tulips are most common. For a complete list of plants go to Toxic Plants List.

2. Bedtime:Be sure to get a proper bed or if your puppy will be an outside dog, be sure to either build or buy adequate, proper shelter. (Labradoodles are not bred to be outside dogs, we are merely recommending.) You may also want to get a crate of proper size to place you puppy’s bed in.

3. Supplies :Getting your new puppy a collar and leash helps you see them when out having fun in the dog park or even at the beach. It’s also very important to find the proper puppy food for your dog, the brand is up to you, but it’s best to get what your vet recommends. You may want to get a brush/comb and shampoo/conditioner, unless you plan on getting your puppy groomed.

4. Health:It is also recommend to find a good and reliable vet in your area prior to bringing home your puppy. We do have health certificates for all our puppies.

5. Training and Socializing: Its very important that you socialize and teach your puppy the do’s and don’ts of your home at a young age. When socializing be sure to let your puppy interact with other dogs as well as other people. The more your puppy interacts the less chance you have of misbehavior.

6.Knowledge: Its always good to learn new information on your puppy, as well as to find new techniques for training and socializing. Also you may find some fun interesting facts about your puppy, and have a very happy, healthy puppy and family!
